• Even for infants under two who don’t occupy a seat, you must book them with the airline in advance, as there is a strict limit on the number of infants per flight (usually 10-15).
• If you need to carry baby food scissors, ensure they are safety scissors with rounded tips, and the blade length from the center pivot to the tip must not exceed 6 cm.
• Most airlines provide dedicated family check-in counters—be sure to look for them to save time!

Nursing Rooms & Family Facilities

Near Gate C5 in Terminal 2, you’ll find a premium nursing room designed to be a truly welcoming space. It features well-equipped diaper changing stations, warm-water sinks, water dispensers, and cribs, along with complimentary diapers, wet wipes, and nursing essentials. Furthermore, the forest-themed children’s play area—built with ESG-friendly, non-toxic materials—offers a high-quality space for parents and kids to interact, complete with a selection of bilingual picture books.

舉例來說，當班機因為天氣不好、沒辦法降落在原本的機場，必須臨時改降到別的地方，這件事遠比開車繞去另一個加油站複雜。飛機落地要有能對應那個機型的加油車；簽派人員得重新算一次飛行計畫，因為航線變了、要帶的油量也變了；改走的航路還要重新申請許可，不是想飛哪條就飛哪條；遇上大雨大霧，天上排隊等降落的飛機變多，還得等流量管制放行。更別說機師和空服員的執勤時間有法規上限，時間一到就必須休息，不能硬撐。而原本安排好的登機門、原本排好的降落順序，全部都要重新調度。

每一次的突發狀況，都是一場與時間賽跑的團體戰。所有航空人的目標只有一個：就是把你平平安安地送達目的地。
